What you need to know:
Back grounds are included into prices except for chibi art. They will have no back ground. It's that way so you (the owner) can use them for graphic art type reasons.
If you want a back ground on your chibi art let me know. the price will not change.
Simple animations are blinking eyes, sparkles or a change in facial expression.
I don't do detailed scenery.
